Shipping We aim to ship your order within six weeks and will inform you close to the time of shipment. Should one of your items be unavailable we will contact you by email to inform you and suggest alternative arrangements. Shipping Charges are based on a “per item” basis and with larger orders may change. Shipping Charges will be confirmed on receipt of final order. Currency and Pricing. All prices on this site are quoted in US dollars at the rate of the time of ordering. Delivery and Acceptance of Goods All orders are subject to stock availability. Delivery is subject to credit card approval. No delivers will be made to PO box addresses. Once payment has been confirmed to the address which you give to us when you place your order, the goods you order will be delivered during normal business hours. You will be asked to provide us with a phone number of a person who will be able to recieve the goods. If at the time of delivery the package is damaged you are required to open the package in the presence of the carrier in order to verify the condition of the goods, in the event of damage to the goods you should note the details on the delivery note and contact us. New York residents will have sales tax added to their bill at the New York sales tax rate in force at the time the goods are dispatched. European residents will have VAT added to their bill at the UK VAT rate in force at the time the goods are dispatched. Customers outside US and Europe may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches its destination. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If in doubt one should contact the local customs office for further information. When ordering from Velvet Underground you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are being received. Guarantee and Return If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your online purchase from www.velvetunderground.biz you can send it back to us within 14 days. Goods must be sent back in their original condition including packaging along with a hard copy of the Order Received email and reason for return. Upon reception of the goods as described above we ill refund your credit card within fifteen working days at the original price of the item(s) returned or we will exchange it according to your wish. Please note, shipping cost, duty and taxes are not refundable. We will contact you upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Returned items should be sent by registered mail. We will not be held responsible for any loss in transit. We will not refund duties or taxes associated with either the original shipment or its return to us.
